No notice for three years of the price increase. Plus the service is getting worse the more you pay . Or is that the normal business plan nowadays .

She does no want to service black women and is selective on who she greets and receives as a customer. She intentionally begins arguing with you about your order which was one sweet bacon croissant (on the board) and intentionally begins arguing with you about me not being clear and she not understanding the request. She cops out and puts on a huge show wanting others who are earshots away to take her as the victim. Spoke with manager the day before about the same experience days before in which she said that she is having complaints about he same person. Today, the manager did nothing and in fact, said she did nothing. She flat out lied. Just pitiful and ridiculous. Another customer walked up and said she was and is having the same experience from the staff as well. The manager then said shut up she dont want to hear it. Just ridiculous. The he manager is a flat out liar and violent and the register person is ridiculous and shows racism. Horrible experience.

That’s completely unsanitary, and he should have been wearing gloves. I ended up throwing out my coffee because of it. OLD REVIEW: I rarely write reviews because I understand how tough working in retail and fast food can be with rude customers. However, this Court Street location is awful. They’re a constant inconvenience. I wake up early looking forward to breakfast and coffee, but every time I try to order hot food, I get excuses—whether they’re short-staffed, a machine is down, or they’re out of all bagels. Then, when I order coffee expecting it to be right, it never is. My iced lattes or espresso drinks are always wrong—either basic iced coffee with barely any flavor or way too much ice. It’s very disappointing and has forced me to drive an extra 15 minutes to Bourbonnais, where they don’t give excuses or mess up orders. Save yourself the trouble and avoid the Court Street location. The only reason I still go there sometimes is because I’m short on time.

I have been to Dunkin' twice, and both times the service was discourteous.
