She does no want to service black women and is selective on who she greets and receives as a customer. She intentionally begins arguing with you about your order which was one sweet bacon croissant (on the board) and intentionally begins arguing with you about me not being clear and she not understanding the request. She cops out and puts on a huge show wanting others who are earshots away to take her as the victim. Spoke with manager the day before about the same experience days before in which she said that she is having complaints about he same person. Today, the manager did nothing and in fact, said she did nothing. She flat out lied. Just pitiful and ridiculous. Another customer walked up and said she was and is having the same experience from the staff as well. The manager then said shut up she dont want to hear it. Just ridiculous. The he manager is a flat out liar and violent and the register person is ridiculous and shows racism. Horrible experience.

I haven'... read more I recently bought coffee at this place and noticed that the price has doubled. If I wanted to pay $5 for a cup of coffee, I could just go to Starbucks. I haven't seen any notification about this price increase in the three years I've been a customer here. Moreover, the service seems to be getting worse even as prices go up. Is this the norm for businesses these days?
