I love it is so good I can have coffee and it even has donuts
Although there is no place to sit here the service is great
Was like 7th car in line at the drive-thru and it took only 3 minutes for my order! Super fast and super good expresso!!!
I just went through drive-through about 20 minutes ago. I knew it was drive-through only, so I expected the wait. I finally get to the window and the female cashier ringing me up slams MY CARD into the male coworker?s chest and says, ?finish her up Ican?t deal with this chaos. it?s too busy for us all to be taking orders at once? and stomps off. He proceeds with ringing meup. He hands me my munchkins, card, and my coffee?. Then not a single ?have a nice day? or ?sorry about that? Then while I?mdriving I?m like, ?huh this doesn?t taste like pumpkin really? (I ordered the nutty pumpkin) I look at my coffee and it?s not myorder. It?s an original iced coffee with 5cream and 5sugar?.. I know I could?ve looked at it while in the drive-through, but ifthey hadn?t switched mid-customer, causing a scene, this mistake may not have been made! Also, might I add the unprofessionalismhere was really saddening. I hope their employees get the ambition to not only work TOGETHER, but to obtain and sustain bettercustomer service skills. You wanna draw people IN not OUT!
