Burger King - Kankakee

Not what it used to be, under staffed but friendly. Customer service Not really the problem, the food was just kinda warm Not fresh but the Coke was very good shug!

The place is newly remodeled and probably hasn't been cleaned once. The employees are untrained and all need to take and pass a sanitation course. I ordered a combo meal that cost me 12.33 and had to ask 3 times for a cup to get my drink,then was told that the machine on the public side did not work. I then asked to get my drink from their side and waited at least 5 minutes for an employee that didn't even wait on me to ask if I wanted some water. I said no my drink I ordered. She gave me a cup full of ice and probably one drink in the cup. The old me woulda jumped over the counter.

Food was cold. We were the only people in the restaurant yet it took over 15 minutes to get our order. The cheesy melty breakfast sandwiches were not even toasted on both sides.

Its a hit or miss got breakfast it was good hot and fresh. Few days later got lunch the whopper was a mess top bun was stale and broke into 3 pieces. Lettuce was wilted and enough mayo for 4 sandwiches very disappointing I wanted that whopper!

Staff didn't want to be there. Good was awful and extremely greasy and chicken was burnt black. Lights were out like they were closed
