Sam's And Cafe - Kandy

I highly recommend this place. it takes a lot of time to get her order done. they do not serve on the first portion basis. I visited this place since 2010, but now from a year back, new employees have ruined the whole quality of this restaurant. stewards are dead. very bad communication. good that schoolgirls and young people waste their time while waiting for a plate of chips that last more than an hour. not recommended. not hygienic.

Not bad, but the atmosphere for me was something else. the plus is that they can bring their own alcohol. or at least it looked like humans, and the portions were great for fried rice. the minus was that the placed allowed to smoke inside and was very small. fans blow up the smoke everywhere and I am not used to smoking smoke near my face/food when I eat. the quality of eating was okay, but I can't say I'm going back, even if it doesn't allow to smoke.

The place is very well centrally located, but not on the main road. Eating is good, prices reasonable, but the waiting time is super extra long. If you want to wait 1.5 hours for noodles, it's a good place to eat.

Not recommended. a cheese chicken kottu ordered. its part was very small, even taste is not good. come in a small plate. they said it's a regular part that's 550 rupees, but it wasn't enough for a person. see the picture and compare the size with the chillie paste and sauce shells. it's all.
