Today I ordered some food at around and after I done the payment they cancelled the order for no reason. Again I ordered the same at till they couldn't place the order. Telephone operator was telling me that the order is already...placed but he was lying.I haven't got anything. After some time they cancelled the order I placed. The manager and the telephone operator were arguing with me saying that they are not wrong. Newer expect such a behaviour from those people. Anyway thanks to them my wife had to cook for my kids and my parents. So bad and newer visit global kitchen Kandy.
Just after a long time went to Global kitchen just to satisfy my cravings for paani puri! unfortunately Paani puri was not available! so quite disappointed! Then thought of having something else, ordered a chicken dosa a masala chai! Both were not upto the...standard! The presentation of the meals can be changed! When they bought the Dosa, there was not an eye appetite (Dosa was too sweet but the chicken stuffing was good) when it comes to Masala chai, got the sugar sachet packets seperate where there were so many ants running in the sachet bowl! Masala tea was not upto the perfect standard! Team Global kitchen, please work on the menus the standard of the dishes! This time I'm totally disappointed
