This is my first time visiting this hotel. Unfortunately, today the service was very poor for some reason. In my past experiences, they have always provided excellent service.

The Hotel Casamara is definitely worth the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The balcony rooms receive plenty of natural light and fresh air. The rooftop bar was a pleasant surprise, especially in a city like Kandy that isn't known for its nightlife. The food was also excellent. Additionally, there is convenient parking available, which can be rare in the city center of Kandy.
