What really annoyed me was the underhand deception about the drinking water. We ordered still water and it came in refillable glass bottles... and then we were charged 8 CHF a bottle for it... this is appalling underhand behavior. When challenging the duty manager at check out, I was told this was typical practice and happened all over the place, and it was their mountain spring and they had to clean the water... Be very careful here...

The personal is very friendly, though not all the same at the reception. breakfast buffet wonderful and also the kitchen in the evening fantastic. also the cake... read more The personal is very friendly, though not all the same at the reception. breakfast buffet wonderful and also the kitchen in the evening fantastic. also the cake on the afternoon is highly recommended. we had a junior suite with half board in february. for the price I would have wished a little more cleanness (dust on the regalen). the putzperosnal is placed every morning in the room even though we had ordered it. this possibility is super if it works. even on the day of departure they came in at morning, although check-out is only around the bathroom in the room mega. Unfortunately, there are no bathing supplements, which is completely incomprehensible for me. had asked at the reception. got us badefoam in the shop itself. for a little more romantic, it would be expected. the sauna landscape is super and well organized during corona. all in all, a beautiful stay in winter fairy tale
