The tea was excellent and nice and hot and my friend enjoyed her coffee. Also, a great selection of desserts! Delicious and a great atmosphere with friendly staff.

The coffee shop is part of... read more At times I like coffee from the Second Cup over Starbuck, because often they serve flavoured coffee such as hazelnut and Irish cream. The coffee shop is part of a food court so there is a very large sitting area with tables and chairs. Often I meet friends here to chat. Coffee quality is good, and you get to add your own milk, cream and sugar, white or brown. I often drink coffee at home but when I feel like having a cup outside this remains my favourite coffee handout.

It is the best of all the coffee/tea shops in ottawa.There are huge comfortable arm chairs which is perfect for a fireside chat with a friend or just to people watch the shopper go by in the mall.

Arriving a bit early, they were very accommodating and treated us to our usual outstanding coffee and a cookie.
