McDonald's - Kanata

The restaurant had a small crowd, but the wait for food was long. The employee did not wash her hands or wear gloves while handling fries, taking orders, or cleaning the counter. I ordered a spicy jalapeno chicken burger but received a McChicken instead. The burger was dry and tasteless. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.

The service was very good. the food is what you would expect from McDs, not great but always the same. It is open 24 h which is great for flights lie mine that came in late at night.

The mini burger samplers are expensive for the portion size. The regular sized chipotle chicken for $8 is outrageous, especially when you add on the fries. It would be better to just opt for a full meal at a restaurant like Swiss Chalet or another fast food joint like Popeyes. It seems that younger customers are being drawn in by some kind of allure. Overall, this franchise seems to be on the decline.

Make sure to try the Thai chili chicken sandwich, it has just the perfect amount of spice! We dined at Walmart and it was a nice choice for lunch, especially when paired with some sweet potato fries.

Skip these one in Walmart and go elsewhere. Dirty and food is terrible. There are 2 other Macdonalds in Kanata that are much better
