Contribute FeedbackIn a bustling urban area, this McDonald's location struggles to keep up with the demand, leading to messy bathrooms, chaotic lines, and limited seating. Unprofessional behavior from the staff and a lack of proper planning contribute to a subpar dining experience. Despite this, customers may find some solace in the familiar taste of McDonald's food, served quickly and with a personal touch. With affordable options like small burgers and McCafe coffee, this restaurant offers a convenient snack for those on the move. While not perfect, this McDonald's manages to provide decent service in the realm of fast food dining.
This place is insane. Crammed into the corner of a busy parking lot, you have to cross the drive-thru lane to get into the restaurant. The bathrooms are always a mess and the change table never has the liners. Then you go to order and get into the zoo of a line. The employees never know who has ordered and basically the people at the back of the line jump ahead. There is very little seating in the actual restaurant which is why people come in and take it out instead of trying to get their vehicle through the tight drive thru line. All signs of poor planning for the amount of urban development that has happened in that area since it has been built.
What can I say? This is your typical McDonalds restaurant -- same food, same design. They've added the do-it-yourself automated ordering as well as the regular cash, which just adds to the general, all-around confusion in the line-ups. The restaurant could also use a little sprucing up -- its getting somewhat worn down.They have a small bistro menu with some pastries available. Sadly, my muffin was as hard as a rock! Beware: the parking lot and drive-through are crowded and hectic as the traffic flow seems poorly designed. Also, there is no way to access the restaurant on foot without maneuvering through the traffic congestion. Can be dangerous!
By all standards, McDonalds is....well, McDonalds. So by that account, we all know what the food tastes like. the food was presented well and why I actually thought to write a review on this particular McDonalds was because the guy at the cash actually remembered me only from one previous visit about a 5 days back which was nice and added a personal touch to the service which is tough to come by at any fast food joint (typically).
Food was what you expect. Only complaint was that it was freezing cold, the kids had goosebumps, we had to leave and sit outside
Yup, quintessential fast food, but have just a small burger, look at the other options on the menu, and you can still enjoy fast food without blowing the calories!
