Description

In this small-town Chinese restaurant, dishes can be unexpectedly good—fresh vegetarian options, miso and reliable to‑go orders—yet experiences are uneven. Diners praise friendly servers and timely pickup, while others report shrinking portions, raised prices, misleading online menus and surprise takeout-container fees. The building is dated but wheelchair‑accessible; a posted 'no children under 7' rule and inconsistent service deter some. It’s a convenient stop for travelers seeking decent Chinese fare, but be prepared for variability and hidden charges.

Was very good Chinese food. In such a small town, I was not expecting a lot. I was pleased to find how good it was. It wasn't busy, but I think this is due to the building needing an update. I will go here again.

The food and service here were amazing!!Everything here was perfect and I would love to come back again when given the chanceThe chicken and tea were wonderful and the server was the most sweetest server I've had in any restaurantI would 100% reccomend coming here for dinner or lunch!! Vegetarian options: There's a whole section on the menu for vegetarian friendly dishes Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp available for anyone who may need assistance

We were visiting Kanab from NYC and wanted to try non-American food so we went to Luo's Cafe. We've had so many Chinese food in NY, but Luo's Cafe was the worst by far. This (in the pic) was over $15! Plus, I asked to not give us any rice but they didn't listen. I wouldn't pay $4 for this! If their restaurant were in NYC, they'll close within 3 days. Nobody will eat their horrible food.

Food was okay, not much different from you get in California Chinese restaurant, but didn’t expect to find the place in this high Utah altitude city.

We used to love going here it always had great food in abundance but now I'm very disappointed I got half the amount of food we used to and definitely not the same quality it used to be either. The prices have gone up and size and quality have gone down. I understood when we had all the covid restrictions that some places charged extra for to go but to up your prices and still charge extra for to go food is ridiculous. Won't be going again.
