It wasn't busy, but I think this is due to the building needing an update. I will go here again.

We've had so many Chinese food in NY, but Luo's Cafe was the worst... read more We were visiting Kanab from NYC and wanted to try non-American food so we went to Luo's Cafe. We've had so many Chinese food in NY, but Luo's Cafe was the worst by far. This (in the pic) was over $15! Plus, I asked to not give us any rice but they didn't listen. I wouldn't pay $4 for this! If their restaurant were in NYC, they'll close within 3 days. Nobody will eat their horrible food.

The prices have gone up and size and quality have gone down. I understood when we had all the covid restrictions that some places charged extra for to go but to up your prices and still charge extra for to go food is ridiculous. Won't be going again.
