Fantastic ambiance, service and japanese fare! We dined here on Christmas Day 2021. Our server was Ana, who was so gracious as well as efficient. The food was wonderful (as always). But the staff...they created an atmosphere that night that i can only liken to The happiest place on earth ! As we were leaving, the entire staff thanked us for coming and wished us Merry Christmas. What R H doesn't like about Moa Kitchen:
Servers weren't really very friendly but the service was quick and food came out in good time. It was disappointing that they were out of all yakitori items so we settled for the chicken karaage, katsu curry and chirashi bowl. Food was just OK. Portions were decent but the food didn't have much taste. I wouldn't order any of those dishes again. I would go back to try the yakitori on the menu. View all feedback.
Really enjoyed this place! Process was fast. They were safe with providing temperature checks and then sat us down. The waitress was nice and knowledgeable. The food was good and had lots of flavor. If you?re in Waimea and looking for a unique place to get a bite to eat, this is a must stop.

Just wow! Amazing Asian inspired foods with a local touch. Sushi is amazing, the egg drop soup is killer. Ramen and other foods. Presentation is Supreme. Good sake choices. Chirashi is fabulous. Get friendly and eat at the sushi bar. Don't miss this place!
Stayed at the Mauna kea resort nearby and after spending five times more for every meal, this ended up being the cheapest and by far the best. Wish I would?ve known about this place earlier in the trip because I would?ve came every single day. Best Raman my family ever had in our life and service was exceptional! Also celebrated my birthday today? The celebration was over the top!
