What a fantastic experience at Moa Kitchen! We dined there on Christmas Day 2021, and the ambiance, service, and delicious Japanese cuisine were truly exceptional. The servers were somewhat unfriendly, but the service was prompt, and our food arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, they were out of all yakitori options, so we opted for the chicken karaage, katsu curry, and chirashi bowl. The food was just average. Instagram: KonaFoodieIf you're on the Big Island, don't miss the Egg Drop spicy chicken soup at “Moa Kitchen” it's absolutely delicious! We've tried many dishes across the islands, and this one stands out as one of the best. Located in Waimea, this restaurant is perfect for a date night or a family dinner. Their selection of Ramen, Authentic Sushi, sake, and other traditional dishes is excellent. What's more, their Sushi ingredients are prepared with utmost care, following the traditional methods used in Japan. We also had the pleasure of trying their Katsu Curry Rice, and it was equally fantastic!

This is hands down the best ramen I have ever had. The spicy yuzu shio ramen is exceptional. It may have been the best meal of my life. It left me in a state of bliss, wondering what happened to me. Whoever came up with this ramen has my eternal gratitude.Edit: came here again. Edomae sushi was spectacular, the karaage chicken was a nice comfort food side to the meal. My goal is to sample all the menu. I don't even care about the price anymore. Just take my money and make me feel good.

Stayed at the Mauna kea resort nearby and after spending five times more for every meal, this ended up being the cheapest and by far the best. Wish I would?ve known about this place earlier in the trip because I would?ve came every single day. Best Raman myfamily ever had in our life and service was exceptional! Also celebrated my birthday today? The celebration was over the top!
