I had the tempeh sandwi... read more I really liked this place and came a few times while in Kampot. The menu is really varied and has plenty of western and healthy options. I had the tempeh sandwich and the pizza which were both filling and tasty. The prices are very affordable. The staff are great and speak good English. It's also a nice place to hang out for a few hours in the evening and read or play one of the many board games they have.

Once again my eyes were bigger than my stomach, I got the tofu wrap which was amazing the only negative I can say is that the sauce that comes with it was quite bland.. I ordered fries as a side these were some of the best fries I have had in Cambodia or maybe even South East Asia! The ketchup that came with the fries was also super delicious! For my drink, I had the atomic bomb smoothie (mango, banana and chili). It was amazing! That little kick that the chili provided was just the cherry on top. Lastly, I really enjoyed getting free water from there! It’s an incentive I believe all restaurants should do. I would highly recommend Simple Things to anyone in Kampot!

Good portions, flavours are on point, everything you need on the menu nutritionally, tempeh, tofu. High quality deserts. It'd be in my top two veg restaurants I've ever eaten at.
