Brass Monkey - Kampot

Came for a sunset drink and appetizer ordered the potato skins with vegetables and sour cream. This turned out to be potato wedges with salsa and sour cream. However the sour cream was rancid even though the owner said she had just made it fresh(! and the potatoes tasted 'stale '. We did complain but they weren 't very helpful so we just agreed to pay for the food but didn 't eat it. Not a good experience and unfortunately not redeeming customer service either. With 129 restaurants here don 't bother with this one!

Curry without any taste close to what it's supposed to be. Also had chicken with it or should I say only chicken bones. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am surprised that there are only 16 reviews for this place. I discovered BM in December and ordered the full English, that is $5 approximately. I went back to Kampot last week and ordered the slightly smaller version for Brunch. This is easily the best version of a full English in Cambodia. You even have HP sauce. The tea was strong in a real cup, friendly staff and Wifi. Should be more popular imho. Genuine sausages and English style correct bacon.

Had the Sunday roast. Large parts. Fucking pig. Amazingly cracking. Califlower cheese! Gravy dies. Free beer. Maybe only a piece of bread was missing to mix the dish.

Food was good portion size. Nothing to complain about.
