I haven't had much luck with touristy res... read more I don't often come to Tajiro, so I was a bit hesitant about the price, but I ordered the sashimi and tempura set meal. I haven't had much luck with touristy restaurants before, so I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of sashimi! The plate was packed full and the fish looked very fresh! The tempura was crispy and delicious with a variety of options. Before the food arrived, I thought it might be a bit expensive, but after finishing, I thought, for this amount at this price? It's a great deal! Whenever I visit Tajiro, I will definitely stop by. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly, even though it was close to closing time.

Please note th... read more On December 5, 2021 at 5:30 PM, we visited the restaurant for the first time and reserved the "Kiiichi Special Course" for two people in advance. Please note that only cash payment is accepted at this restaurant. There is a Lawson convenience store nearby. On this night, there was only one other couple besides us. Each person could eat two servings of crab. We tried to challenge ourselves by not eating much during the day, but ended up feeling extremely full! Since payment was cash only, we hurried to the nearby convenience store with our bursting stomachs. Thanks to that, we managed to finish the meal somehow. The dessert of ice cream was excellent. In my 28 years of life, I had never eaten so much crab before. It was my first time having such a luxurious dinner. Despite being during the COVID-19 pandemic, I am grateful for the wonderful memories that I will never forget. Both were reasonably priced and generous in portion size, and the flavors were just right, making for a delicious and satisfying lunch. I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance during my trip, searching "food" on Google Maps. I was lucky to have found it. I highly recommend it to everyone. The tempura was also delicious.
