Poor guy just wanted his missing food and they told him to take his fries and buzz off. Funny thing is this guy starts insulting the fries for being soggy. He’s like how are you gonna give me soggy fries when I don’t even like fries make them good at least. And I look down at my soggy pathetic fries and start cracking up. Wish I lived closer to the other wing stop b/c this location does suck when placed head to head against other local WingStops
Horrible Wingstop location should be called JokeStop. They should fire or retrain every employee who works here. Zero regard for food allergies, they will sub random items if they run out of something you ordered online, staple the bag shut, and send you on your way without telling you. The manager Mario presents himself in a disgusting and unprofessional manor- dude got bar b q sauce on my jacket grabbing the receipt from my hand when I came back to complain about an inaccurate order. On top of that he refused to give me what I paid for. The guy can barely manage his own life let alone a WingStop.
I’m giving one star review because they have bad customer service they forgot to put my order right and I call they put me and hold they never get back to me so sad to make your order and don’t get right.
Foods good but its pretty annoying waiting for food and seeing the cooks play amongst eachother laughing and making jokes having conversations and plus if you didn't order online good luck they leave you waiting for what feels like forever good place bad people training should be provided to show professionalism
Bad customer service..never have change for the 100$..can't order over the phone...just bad..
