Antonio the owner is very friendly. The menu is extensive, the style is Bolognese, from Bologna. Very delicious and comforting, I ordered the Essential Spaghetti Bolognese Plate and it was really a different preparation, authentic and super tasty. Some German and Danish tourists told Antonio: this is much tastier than what we tried in Italy! It definitely reminds me of the tasty pasta dishes in the trattorias in Lima, Peru ?? good guy. Thank you Antonio, very good!

Terrible experience, I ordered a lasagna and a coke 27.50 total. He charged me 33.5 saying that was taxes. 20% ??? Then I chose the option “no tip” , but the man obligated me to give tip. This is not right, i’m not obligate to give you tip, you didn’t even ask my order in the table, I had to go to the cashier to make the order. In the end, I paid incredible 39.5! Totally ripped off. Edit: This is not a lie. I got the proof of payment in the bank app. I chose the option no tip and he pressed the button to back and said you must give tip

Don't miss this gem of a restaurant very close to Venice Beach. The food is ordered at the counter at the entrance, and the boss is personally available to give good advice. We travel to Italy sometimes several times a year and therefore believe that we can form a good opinion of Italian cuisine. The food served at Venice Cucina was simply outstanding! Very authentic and wonderfully prepared, so that it stands up to any comparison to the food in Italy. Don't miss out, go, order and enjoy.
