Un Solo Sol is a very special place. The owner, Carlos, has a vision of a better world where humans respect the earth and share her gifts of love. We had taquitos, pupusas, pozole, and avocado toast. I like this place I love the promotion of healthy food! It was delicious the food I got but EXTREMELY overpriced. The portion sizes barely slightly filled me it felt like I ate an appetizer. We went here for a friend's birthday celebration and this food is very delicious clean and played great music! The food was so healthy and clean there was no sluggish feeling after. Just energized and fulfilled! Definitely the best vegan restaurant I've ever been to! I will return to this restaurant and you should check this place out if you are reading this!

A fantastic restaurant with great health-conscious food and exceptional service. We were served by the store owner. He's been vegan for decades and shared with us a plethora of diet and health advice, delving into topics like live gut bacteria, the benefit of leafy greens, etc. He clearly cares about his customers' health. He explained that he tries to avoid serving fried food, sugary drinks, etc. There is a single-stall bathroom in the back of the kitchen that you have to be escorted to. Give this place a try. You'll come to see that food can simultaneously be healthy and delicious :
The food was incredible! We had the pozole with mushroom, the Al pastor, the pupusa with nopalitos and beans, the mango lasso, the kheer, the stuffed plátano con frijoles. The prices are super. Everything was amazing and so delicious. Thank you!!
