We went after a show at the Hollywood bowl and were very hungry! Mary and staff were a bit busy and were fast and personal and got our food to us very quickly! Thank you so much Mary!

The location is convenient to attractions of Hollywood California. The staff is fast paced friendly. Vegetarian options: veggie patty veggie delight Kid-friendliness: Kids love the applesauce and milk and kids meal.

Manager lady (Mexican) don't know her name? What AN ATTITUDE problem she is. Been coming weekly for years. She has such a bad disposition. EXTREMELY ARROGANT and COLD DIMEANOR. Issue with the pay machine, she in a VERY HARSH attitude.......NO I CANT GIVE TO YOU WITHOUT MONEY!! Montha ago the same thing happened, she gave to me with a bad attitude and I came back a week later when the machine was working and paid for what I took ....This time it's NO NO!!.....But I spend $20 weekly for two yrs straight. Angelica is the only educated person there. She always takes care of me....I will NOT be going there anymore. The guy who been working there has been overcharging me as well. I even helped throw out a homeless guy there once. Its a BAD BAD vibe with those two employees. You should make Angelica the mngr and fine two others employees to help out.

I have been to this location only a few times the first time the young man who assisted me was very polite and friendly.My most recent visit was the complete opposite. The ladies working there not only had **** poor attitudes but also very obviously lacked basic common sense. The ladies seemed to not comprehend why I requested for the condiments be added on the bread before the veggies. I explained it is because it is less messy that way and instead of just following the request the girl decides to continue to do make the sandwich the way she wanted to and went ton to inform me that well our sandwiches are always messy, she said it as if it were a good thing.

I understand employees gotta get ready to leave but come on man you got 8 minutes you could have toasted my sandwich and offered the mayo or sauce at least doest take more than 3 minutes nit like it was busy at 1:50 am
