NO VEGETARIAN OPTIONS AT ALL!!! They advertise vegi ramen, but it's not actually vegetarian, even their advertised vegetarian cold ramen option is STILL NOT, it's cooked in bone broth and drained. Servers seemed like they didn't know what they were doing either. The wait time was way too long too.

The food was great. However, this is not a sit down restaurant! Although it says on google that you’re able to dine in, you’re not! This is a drive through and pick up restaurant. To order, either scan the code at the entrance or order online. They’ll text you when your oder is ready for pick up. If you’re expecting to sit down, relax, eat ramen, and drink a glass of wine, this isn’t the spot. Go to the other locations.

Toast is the designated online order platform, the platform is okey, but they never check orders made through that platform and sometimes they even do not know they are using that platform. You will lose your money.

Food here is good although I only order one item but the service here is TRASH. I almost never right a review but Ive ordered ahead so many times and 4-5 I’ve arrived and they hadn’t even started. Like Its bewildering.

Best ramen in LA. Seriously. Amazing service too. Don't let people fool you about the location.
