There are many excellent places for food at LAX, yet the lounges fall behind in food quality. PF Chang’s LAX is a very decent restaurant with excellent food and perfect service, that allows passengers to relax before a flight and enjoy a good bite to eat. View all feedback.
What simon becker doesn't like about Pf Chang's Lax:
While the service was friendly and good, I can’t particularly recommend this restaurant. The prices are high, and auto gratuity of 20% is included as well (which to be fair they are very transparent about. Unfortunately the food really wasn’t very good and I would imagine we would have gotten better Orange Chicken from the Panda Express downstairs. My partner and I only got 2 drinks and one of the cheaper entrees to... View all feedback.
Food is fine. Opens at 10, but doesn’t have soups, salads, or dumplings available until after 11:30. Does not have tea either.
Absolutely deplorable service. We asked for food to go and had to wait for 10 minutes for the staff to find a working card machine to process the order. We waited a further 20 minutes for the food to arrive. Two of the staff were running frantically around the restaurant like headless chickens.
They charge you a 20% gratuity forcefully for takeouts whether you stay or to go they and don’t even care about your request for a glass of water. The front desk was empty for a while when I entered and no one told me their rules. After ordering food, wanted to charge me for a glass of water after 15 minutes that I could finally hunt down the hostess/waitress. They are not even familiar with their online system. I think they are so short in staff they can’t take care of their tables. Except the bar tender, everyone else is running all the time!
It's the worst USA restaurant for my life. 20% gratuity automatically be charged, but the service was miserable. The main dish came first, and the appetizer came next, and the drink came finally at the last. Steamed dumpling was not warm enough. Ice tea was not cold enough. Their signature lo main was worse than our local small Chinese restaurant. Will not use this place again and warn you guys as well.
Normally airport restaurants are just to kill the time and fill my tummy. But!! We are at the bar and Duke was an engaging bartender and made a killer Old Fashion. If you are are in LAX Term B highly recommend.
