In general, it's easy and quick to get my order. I like it specifically for that I can place order using the machine and it help to minimize the embarrassment of having the staff wait when I'm still choosing what to order. I come to this mcdonalds because it is close to my school. I like to come in to get regular coffee but I did not appreciate that the manager giving me decaffeinated coffee today. She was brewing a regular pot and did not bother to ask if I wanted to wait or if I indeed wanted the decaffeinated coffee. I find it unprofessional because I would have waited for the regular coffee which is what I ordered. View all feedback.
Place looks like an after party. Homeless people everywhere. Apparently they don’t do refills anymore, don’t give mayonnaise and prices are ridiculous. Find a better place to eat.
The saddest McDonald's ever. Very corporate and environment is unwelcoming. Broken speakers and half the dining room is closed.
Perfect place and service , great food, extremely fast. We ordered a big Mac,cola and cheese. Everything was fresh. Our friend ordered a breakfast 5 times, than hash browns.
I placed an order online because I usually like to buy a treat for my niece. Today I placed the order online and when my mother arrived to pick it up they did not want to give it to her, My mother had the email where she said thank you for your order and all the information to pick it up, they didn't have that order they said, even when my mother showed her that I had already paid online and the description of the order. My mom tried to explain to her that I was in Texas and that I usually place the order for her to pick it up for my niece, the manager told her that I had to go there FROM TEXAS TO CALIFORNIA, to pick up my order, how stupid it is that!! I've always done it before; she had proof of purchase and payment in the Macdonals app and even with all that, she didn't want to fulfill the order, my mom had to be embarrassed in front of other people at the restaurant, because the rude manager didn't want to give her something that was already paid for in the app. I even asked the manager's name, and she didn't want to give it to me. I hope Macdonald's has the decency to do something about it because in that store, they are always rude to customers. Just to let them know they have a job because of us CUSTOMERS!!! without customers, theres no sales and no jobs. Please, someone train that manager and give her a customer service class URGENTLY!!!
I have been coming to this McDonald's location for years now I'm done. Tonight they forgot my quarter pounder in a large order so I returned to drive thru with my receipt. They treated me like I was stealing. The guy asked who was the manager on duty when you ordered? Wth?! I don't know! Who thinks to ask that when ordering. After a much serious discussion with a mgr in front of me they said pull forward to a holding spot #1 and we'll bring your burger to you. The total time from drive thru order box to holding spot was 20 minutes. If I was going to steal I would have asked for the entire combo! Idiots are running this place
