Horrible experience. Ok so I ordered Hibachi Papi and had it delivered to me via Uber eats at my job. It took the Uber eats driver what felt like eons to find me because she didn’t speak English. After several frustrating phone calls, she finally found me. I then got the food just to find out that there were NO utensils in the bag! Someone recommended this place, so we headed there after a ball game. The parking lot is right next to the location. Casual environment in Westwood. We had a party of 6. You choose your protein(s), then rice or noodles and veggies if you order a platter. The food is all made fresh to order.
