Falafel Queen

Been continuing my shawarma tour in the city and came upon this little gem on Pico. This shawarma plate comes with salad and two sides. I got hummus which was SPOT ON super creamy and really tasty and the baba ganoush fresh and yummy! I dipped my pita bread in each of them and ‍*chef’s kiss* The chicken was seasoned well as well as the rice. I also liked the two potato chips that came along with my plate. Definitely am coming back, especially since Falafel Queen is in my neighborhood.

I heard that someone who used to work at Falafel King opened this place so it has to be good! I will trek there soon from the valley, I can't wait!!!

Absolutely fantastic! The falafel gyro and chicken kebab were incredible. The chef made my sandwiches right in front of me, and we had a great conversation. I decided to take them to go since I had to get back to work. The prices are reasonable, and it's conveniently located near my house. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I've visited this restaurant twice and tried both the chicken shawarma sandwich and the falafel sandwich. Both are outstanding! I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely stick to the falafel here! They're incredibly crispy on the outside and perfectly moist, fluffy, and aromatic on the inside. I believe they use a unique mix of spices and herbs that sets them apart from most Middle Eastern spots. I highly recommend trying the Falafel Sandwich. It's a pita pocket generously filled with freshly fried falafels, mixed salad, and drizzled with tahini. Don’t forget to ask for the hot sauce, but be warned—it's quite spicy! On the downside, it is a bit pricey at around $12.50 for a falafel sandwich. Additionally, the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired, although there are tables available where you can sit and enjoy your food.
