Service is not organized and food is below standard. I ordered a simple ham and egg bagel. A couple arrived after I had ordered. They ordered multiple bagel sandwiches and ended up getting their order before mine. Plus my bagel ham and egg sandwich was below par and not worth the money I paid for. View all feedback.
I absolutely love the staff at this place, and the bagels are fantastic! It’s my favorite bagel spot!
The service lacked organization, and the food fell short of expectations. I ordered a basic ham and egg bagel, but a couple who arrived after me placed a larger order and received their food before I did. Moreover, my ham and egg bagel was of poor quality and not worth the price I paid.
It was just okay. This was my first time trying it. Western Bagels definitely don't need to be concerned.
I absolutely love Einstein! I ordered the lox on a sesame bagel, and my husband chose the All Nighter. The person in front of me ordered a cinnamon roll, so we decided to take one home as well. It was incredibly rich and delicious!
Make sure to use the app to place your order in advance since it tends to get busy.
