What Timothy Jones likes about Carl's Jr.:
I often have trouble ordering a vegetarian burger at different restaurants as many employees are not aware of the specific name for it. I have to find the name on the menu myself and then order it. This seems to be a common issue with young employees everywhere, not just at Carl's Jr. It's frustrating when employees don't know they serve meatless options, even when the burger is clearly listed on the menu board.
