Arby's - Kalkaska
Arby's
Description
This Arby’s delivers tasty sandwiches in a clean, comfortably appointed dining room with a fireplace and manageable winter parking. Food is usually hot, though fries can be less fresh and beverage portions small. Service is uneven—some staff are friendly and attentive while others are abrupt or inattentive, and waits can be long at times. Overall it’s a solid casual spot for dine‑in or takeout if you’re prepared for occasional inconsistencies.

The amount of Mac and cheese bits In a order is not worth the money . Same as the milkshake.
I ordered three beef and cheddar sandwiches and a large lemonade, and the total came to $23.
I was disappointed to discover that my drink was mostly ice after my 45-minute drive home; this is what my cup looked like. I don’t think it's fair to pay $15 for a meal that only comes with 4 ounces of drink. I decided to give this location another chance. This time, my food was hot, but the fries weren’t as fresh as I had hoped.
The food was good. I ordered a sandwich and requested extra mayo, but I was informed that I would have to apply the mayo myself since they were out in the kitchen. That was fine by me. However, when we pulled up to pay at the window, the girl was quite rude. She slammed the window in our faces while we were trying to ask her a question. Then she abruptly opened it again and said, "Let me guess, now you want ketchup!" We replied that we were just trying to ask her a question, but before we could finish, she slammed the window shut once more and walked away!
