It was late, and there was no one in line or inside, so we ordered the new Diablo roast beef and chicken. The staff seemed to rush our order and ended up putting so much sauce on everything that it became soggy and messy. The mini box was completely soaked, making it impossible to pick up the food. This experience really put a damper on my evening.

During my visit, I didn’t get a receipt, wasn’t offered Arby’s or Horsey sauce, didn’t receive utensils for my mac and cheese, and there was no friendly acknowledgment or thank you. It’s disappointing that they expect a tip given this experience.

We love our Arby's in Petoskey – the staff is fantastic and the food is great. When we visited the Arby's in Kalkaska, it was very busy; the drive-thru had a long line.

They looked nothing like the TV commercial and reminded me of Dino Nuggets because of how puffy they were. The breading was so thin that it was almost tasteless.
