Moose's definitely lived up to its reputation in the area; many locals suggested I try it, and I'm so glad I did. The prices were quite reasonable, and the atmosphere was vibrant, with walls that seem to narrate stories from the past (remember to bring a pocket knife to carve your name!). The staff was friendly, remembered my name, and were eager to serve me. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

However, I didn’t find it particularly welcoming for tourists; the young lady who took our order wasn’t very friendly or enthusiastic about explaining their offerings. Despite that, I would still recommend it! Just a heads-up: don’t wear nice shoes, as there’s a lot of deep sawdust on the floor. If you want to carve your name into the booth, wall, or ceiling, bring a knife! Make sure to choose your seat before ordering, as they’ll ask for your table number first. I appreciate that they offer half sandwiches and very small pizzas, allowing you to sample multiple items.

It's hard to believe that 40 years ago, when we first started coming here, she was just a baby, and she still adores the pizza.
