Grub N Stuff - Kalamazoo

The food is good, but the staff who replenish it are rude and often absent.

I've never been disappointed by them, but yesterday I was least satisfied. eating was definitiw over season. I tried to call back, but no answer again.

I've been stabbing for lunch today, that's my first time I've been grubbing and trying to be a witness. the cats were really good and freshly seasoned! the only bad thing I'll say is the guy at the front was terrible. he had no enthusiasm, only dry. I would recommend putting him in the back and getting a friendly face forward.

Poor customer service. It was my 1st and last time going there. The kid at the register very unfriendly....and the food was horrible. I ordered 4 pc Chicken strips basket and the strips were tiny, burned and flavorless!! Tasted like old grease. The chili cheese dog was also burnt and gross. With all that being said, the French fries were the only thing halfway edible. I say halfway edible because they seasoned the chicken after they fried with what I'm guessing was garlic powder and maybe some other powdered seasons and it caked on some of the fries andruined them...$20 wasted, lessen learned.

I absolutely love their wings covered in BBQ sauce. However, they can't compare to their Catfish Nuggets, which are seasoned to perfection every single time, whether you have them with sauce or not!
