Been visiting To Steki for probably about 25 years, still one of my favourite places in the whole of Greece (if not the world), sitting with a pitta gyros and an ice cold beer watching the world walk past and the gentle waves lap the beach is one of the great pleasures in life. Food and drink this year were as good as ever, although not as competitively priced as previously, but when you consider the informal atmosph... View all feedback.
What John Nottingham doesn't like about To Steki:
In general, in Messinia you get tsipouro or ouzo without accompaniments, as if they are consensual... there is an extra charge, customers are only foreigners, mainly English, prices are quite a bit higher than Kalamata, in crepes and snacks. View all feedback.
A lovely little cafe on the seafront. Delicious lattes! We didn't eat there as it was a quick coffee stop for us, but the breakfasts looked delicious.
Most friendly place in Stoupa, great food and snacks. Good bar. Brilliant meeting place
This place is great. they serve gyros, salads, some small dishes but all fresh and tasty. stuff is very friendly and helping.....i cannot really say a bad word here!!!! interior is also very nice..take a look at photo. Last but not least....prices are ok!!!
Really tasty yoghurt with nuts and honey, and the fresh fruit salad for breakfast. Coffee very tasty too. Friendly staff.
To Steki means something like; meeting place. This is a café where many people enjoy their coffee during the day, or their drink before going for dinner, or enjoy their after dinner drink before heading to their accommodation, so it’s a busy place. The cocktails are great, as well as their sangria! You can order food as well, we enjoyed their small tuna/pasta salad many times when we didn’t want to go to a taverna and have something small. But the best thing by far is the service of the wonderful guys who serve you, big shoutout to them, they are really awesome. So go there, for your coffee, cocktail, wine, beer or softdrink, or lay down on their sunbeds on the beach!
