We had a choice of food trucks but opted for Thai food which we hadn't had for a while and not while we were in Hawaii. The papaya salad was fine but the vegetarian rice noodles could have been better.
Tiny food truck with good food. Been here since last summer. I brought my family here every year to enjoy the good food and sceneries. Thank you Thai Elephant
The food at Thai Elephant is amazing! I've never had such good Thai food before. The Pad Thai is my favorite, but the Pad See Eew and Thai fried rice are also really good. The Curry is also very tasty. The veggie rolls are a great appetizer, and the Thai iced tea and coffee are the perfect way to wash down the meal.
