The customer service at this restaurant is slow but friendly. I ordered a medium strawberry whirl, which tasted good but had some unexpected surprises in it. I believe they may have used the wrong juice as it had a strong pineapple flavor. Additionally, there are many homeless individuals in the shopping center, which made me slightly uncomfortable sitting outside.

I love Jamba Juice! They have the best smoothies around. My favorite is the matcha smoothie.

I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this place. My favorite item on the menu is the acai bowls.

Lack of work ethic, customer service, or Aloha spirit! I arrived at 5:50pm with my 7 and 12-year-old children yesterday to treat them. Despite Google and the door indicating a closing time of 6pm, the doors were already locked. The staff inside simply stared at us, giving us no indication that they would let us in. This lack of communication left my kids confused and disappointed, particularly my 7-year-old. While I understand that employees may not enjoy serving customers right before closing, the restaurant was not running a full kitchen - just a couple of scoopers and a blender container.
