Kalikala Cuisine - Kailua-Kona

We started with some delicious Bloody Marys, and I opted for the avocado toast. I do wish they would clarify on their menu that it is roasted, especially since it came with some fantastic toast. Regardless, it was a wonderful breakfast. The ingredients in the avocado toast were remarkably fresh, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. As I mentioned on my Facebook page, yes, it truly is as good as it looks! The flavor of the speck was outstanding as well. You simply can't go wrong with this place. What a fantastic way to kick off our vacation! I would definitely return.

Kalikala is the best spot on Ali’i for breakfast. They offer live music, a lively atmosphere, stunning ocean views, attentive servers, and most importantly, mouthwatering food. I highly recommend the eggs benedict or the French toast; the flavors are so rich that you'll leave feeling completely satisfied. The wait for a table can be long, but it's definitely worth it!

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for brunch. I visited for Sunday brunch, and it was definitely worth it. The atmosphere is lovely, and the service is quite good. The drinks were served quickly, but the food took a bit longer due to the crowd. However, both the food and drinks were top-notch. I recommend arriving early, around 9:30, as the place fills up quickly, and wait times can extend up to an hour.

We ate here for breakfast. unbeatable location and good delicious food. order avocado toast, waffel, french toast. Everybody just dies. they are so fresh and ready to order so ready to wait. highly recommended to keep it before, as this place is always crowded n always wait time

This place was so fun! Met a guy, lord forgive me, I forgot his name. He was from Georgia, waited on us and make perfect conversation with us. The view of the ocean was amazing. Get here early so there isn't a wait, we got right in, but others had just a small wait. Waffles were so delicious. Had pineapples cooked in with them, and I'm still drooling over them! We had a little visitor at the end and just the all around feel of this place was home and tropical. Anyone visiting Kona needs to give this place a try. I seen a review saying the food was just okay, no. It was amazing, we were checked on multiple times and had nothing but the best experience here. Thank you for such a great experience
