The Craypot Kitchen Kaikoura

We had fish and chips here, and they were the worst we have had in New Zealand. It smelled and tasted “fishy”. It seemed like old frozen fish.

Ripper dipper meal! We had the mussels, and would you believe, they cooked the. in a thai green curry! Un-be-liev-able! Great service with some witty replies. 10/10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Wow. Just a fabulous meal. Great fish and chips and my wife’s eggplant and zucchini lasagna was really tasty. My salad with the fish and chips was just awesome. This place is amazing! Our group absolutely loved the ambiance and the service was delightful. We started with the garlic bread and after each of us took a bite knew the meal to come would blow us away simply because of how delicious the appetizer was (the flaky sea salt was such a perfect touch). The tiramisu is the best our group had ever had. Hands down. We couldn 't recommend this place enough and wish all the best to the owner John!
