Drip Coffeeist - Kadikoey

Flat white was awful. It was so hot like americano, I burned my tongue. The foam was not thick, like it was cappuccino. Very disappointed

Impolite staff, poor service, and expensive for the quality.

Went there on Tuesday, June 9th, with three friends after a long walk to chill and drink coffee. The service was the poorest I have ever seen in Istanbul in seven years of living here. We were so shocked since after Corona businesses are struggling and doing their best to satisfy customers. Firstly, the cheesecake was stale and again the worst I have eaten in Turkey. The waitress interrupted our talks many times although a friend of ours was emotional and crying an telling us stories, the waitress would interrupt us many times to ask for new orders. We had already ordered six items and the cafe was empty expect for us and one more table so her behavior was annoying. She did not bring the bill to us when we asked and instead went to the other table and stayed there for ever so we went to the cashier ourselves, where another gut was standing. He did not calculate our share and said here are the items in the menu, calculate your shares yourselves. We were only two couples and needed to split to two. I gave him cash and I still cannot believe what he did. Without saying any Thank you or anything she threw a fifty tl bill (My change for a hundred) on the bar. We were so shocked that we kept looking at each other with utter surprise.

Returning frequently to this place since they opened ! Very friendly atmosphere, polite helpful staff, and, certainly “good” coffee from all around the world.
