Wintzell's Oyster House - Kadesh

The wait was much longer than told. After being seated, we never got greeted by the server after being seated 15 minutes. We finally complained to manager and left. Will never go back.

They told us a 45 minute wait, but when we came back after 45 minutes, they told us they would not be able to sit us at all. The manager blamed it on short-staffing, but they waited until everything else closed to tell us, and they also cut a server. Why not just tell us no to begin with??? Horrible management and employees lack skills to function. Go to SaZa instead!

The food was delicious but a bit on the pricier side. Our server was fantastic and attentive. He was very kind to the kids I had with me and took the time to let them each order.Edit: our server was Leonard

Wow, is all I can say! I use to be a manager at Wintzells. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant, my family and I literally walked out! I have never felt so unwelcome in my life. No host at the host stand, waiting 10 minutes to be seated. Server came to my table Sadly I didn’t know the sever name because she never told us all I know is she was pregnant never told us the fresh catch or anything. I ordered a kid shrimp for my two year old waited 20 minutes reminded you my husband and I was never ordered our food she didn’t even bring bread! the server never came back to my table. We got up to leave the sever came out of the kitchen and asked why we were leaving.Bob and Buffy would be so upset what happened Wintzells!!!

The food is darn good. I can't say the same for the service. We went to dine in and left with take out.
