Instead of a one-hour delivery time, the food only arrived after almost two hours. Then instead of two portions of baked gyro and two fries, they only got one each, and the fries were soggy and cold. The gyro was okay.

They really don 't deserve one star, but otherwise I wouldn 't have been able to tell you about this. On Friday it was my daughter 's 16th birthday. She wanted something from this restaurant (chip shop). After about 60 minutes it was delivered. The Holsteiner Schnitzel for my daughter was completely missing, but at least it wasn 't listed on the bill. Nevertheless, she cried bitterly because she was looking forward to it. My Metaxa plate was missing a cevapcicci and.... the Metaxa sauce... at full amount. I didn 't cry, but I was pretty pissed and had no appetite. It also tasted terribly bad. An hour later the doorbell rang again and a breaded schnitzel was delivered. Without any side dishes. At the expense of the house and as an apology... There was still some sauce and soggy fries stuck to the bottom... Returned by another guest????? Honestly... forget the store. We enjoyed this AMAZING cuisine for the last time. SAVE IT!!! And my tip for improving this place: Shut it down!
