New girl is rude and has no customer service skills not even a basic hello, or thank you. Know ppl r desperate for works right now. But when u are hiring people they should have basic natural customer service skills to even qualify for a job u are servingpeople

I went here for breakfast but I ask for Caramel in my coffee they did not add it that?s fine but the problem is when I took the drink I realized and I told the lady at the window and she said it?s in there and it was not. so we also ordered food they toldus to pull around for it and they came out and gave us the food but they forgot our hash browns. And we also got grilled cheeseit was cold in the middle

I bought a dozen of donuts $13.99 plus tax $15.xx got home kids bit one stale! Hard as a rock. Ridiculous. Every time I go back a girl says manager isn?t here . UPDATE: Went today 3/22/22 ordered a bagel and cream cheese $4/ ridiculous. It?s the sameprice as a large Dunkin refresher. Online bagels are $2/ what a ripoff.

The coffee here tastes watered down, and the lattes are consistently overly sweet, leading to an inevitable stomach ache. When I tried to address this issue, the staff refused to fix or exchange my drink or refund my money, insisting that I purchase another one. This means I end up wasting $6 on something undrinkable, only to spend another $6 on another mediocre drink. To make matters worse, the staff has a negative attitude. If they don’t enjoy their job, perhaps they should consider a different line of work? A single moment of poor service can really ruin someone's day.
