And we also got grilled cheeseit was cold in the middle

Every time I go back a girl says manager isn?t here . UPDATE: Went today 3/22/22 ordered a bagel and cream cheese $4/ ridiculous. It?s the sameprice as a large Dunkin refresher. Online bagels are $2/ what a ripoff.

When I tried to address this issue, th... read more The coffee here tastes watered down, and the lattes are consistently overly sweet, leading to an inevitable stomach ache. When I tried to address this issue, the staff refused to fix or exchange my drink or refund my money, insisting that I purchase another one. This means I end up wasting $6 on something undrinkable, only to spend another $6 on another mediocre drink. To make matters worse, the staff has a negative attitude. If they don’t enjoy their job, perhaps they should consider a different line of work? A single moment of poor service can really ruin someone's day.
