Divine food and excellent experience. It was definitely the highlight of our gourmet trip. We will definitely come back and I can highly recommend it for both lunch and dinner. Thank you to the staff for being so professional. If Michelin would be present in Latvia this place would be definitely a candidate.
Exceptional service, fantastic cheese and meat platters, salmon as a main was delicious, steak was very good. The only thing I would say is the churros were a bit stiff and not exactly like they should be, but I would come back to this restaurant over and over again.
I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! I'd go as far as saying this is the best restaurant I've had the pleasure of eating in to date! We walked in at random, to see if that happened to have a table. Even though they were busy with several parties they did and welcomed us in. They spoke Latvian for my partner and English to me, so language isn't a problem. The food was exquisite! I'm not a fish fan but my partner's smoked eel pate was delicious, as was my steak tartar. Both were presented beautifully. The same can be said for our main courses. We had cocktails, which were prepared with care and attention and tasted fantastic. If wine is your thing then they have a VERY extensive wine list! I'd go as far as to say this place could well deserve a Michelin star!
