Feedback
Frankly, disappointing. We 've been there a number of times before so had expectations. Disappointed as follows: 1) We knew what we wanted to order, and indeed on the on line menu when we made reservation for Xmas Day it was there so we were taken back when we were seated and ready to order the waiter told us they had a special i.e limited Xmas day menu and we couldn 't order what we wanted this should have been disclosed when we made reservations on line 2) Wife had only finished half her caprese salad appetizer and about the same of her main course pollo saltimbocca and told waiter she 'd like to take home the leftovers when waiter returned she noticed only one styrofoam box and inquired waiter Emmanuel_ said he simply put the caprese salad in same box on top of the chicken! VERY POOR SERVICE IN THAT REGARD not even in a inexpensive diner would a waiter do that and at a more sophisticated restaurant like Uncle Eddies really unacceptable a customer should have a separate Styrofoam box for each separate course he/she takes leftovers from 3) Understand the extra charge for using a credit card, which we did, but upon reviewing receipt at home also discovered an additional 2 dollar surcharge not explained and certainly not apparent on menu Although food is very good the above issues really put a damper on our Xmas dinner.
Limited menu Christmas Eve. Items available were like New York City prices but not with NYC quality. Disappointing.
