However, my salmon skin h... read more I ordered the birthday roll, which had tempura on the inside and eel on the outside. The tempura was crispy, and the eel tasted fresh. However, my salmon skin hand roll was disappointing; the salmon was just okay and it fell apart as I tried to eat it. On the other hand, the hamachi hand roll held together much better, but the freshness and quality of the fish were average. Overall, it was what I would expect from a Japanese restaurant in Jupiter, FL.
