Every tim... read more Our family really adores this restaurant! The laid-back atmosphere and welcoming, family-friendly environment make us want to come back over and over. Every time we visit Carvel, it feels like a nostalgic journey. We are strong supporters of this local business and can't wait to return in both winter and summer!

I went there this evening to pick up an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday tomorrow, but when I tried to leave, my car wouldn’t shift into gear. I called for a tow truck and was informed that I would have to wait an hour. I requested if they could keep the cake safe until the driver arrived to tow my car. However, after two and a half hours—now at 10:15 PM, having arrived at 7:30 PM—the tow truck had still not arrived, and the shop was closed. The kind woman at the counter sincerely apologized for the long wait and offered my kids and me some ice cream to lift our spirits. It truly made the kids smile and turned our day around. Thank you for your kindness!

I came by this evening to buy an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday tomorrow, but when I tried to leave, my car wouldn’t shift into gear. I called a tow truck and was told it would take about an hour to arrive. I asked if they could hold the cake for me until then. Fast forward 2.5 hours—it’s now 10:15 PM, the tow truck still hasn’t come, and the shop has closed. The sweet woman behind the counter apologized for the long wait and kindly offered my kids and me some ice cream to cheer us up. It truly put smiles on the kids’ faces and brightened our day. Thank you for your amazing kindness!
