I came by this evening to buy an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday tomorrow, but when I tried to leave, my car wouldn’t shift into gear. I called a tow truck and was told it would take about an hour to arrive. I asked if they could hold the cake for me until then. Fast forward 2.5 hours—it’s now 10:15 PM, the tow truck still hasn’t come, and the shop has closed. The sweet woman behind the counter apologized for the long wait and kindly offered my kids and me some ice cream to cheer us up. It truly put smiles on the kids’ faces and brightened our day. Thank you for your amazing kindness!
