However, I wa... read more I visited Kirby's for lunch on Tuesday after not going there for a couple of years because of a past experience with Trish, who managed the place. However, I was pleasantly surprised by a lovely girl named Erin who was working that day. She really impressed me with her outstanding customer service! Erin was attentive, polite, and quick with drink preparation. Great job, Erin! I look forward to returning to Kirby's and seeing you again.

Just didn 't care for food, especially the famous crabcakes. I 'm from the Baltimore area. Have a feeling cost saving efforts haveimpacted the quality. Our server was lovely but manager was harsh in her approach and check in. Maybe a rough Sunday? Also donot like dining establishments that allow loose dogs to go from table to table. Love dogs! Just not inside dining areas.
