Because of the acoustics of the place or because it is in the idiosyncrasy of Juninenses to speak loudly. I recommend the beef casserole, but not the Milanese ones: the Neapolitan one I ordered was quite hard. Separate paragraph for the service, which was excellent, the waiters were very attentive.
