Many first for this sushi fan in the comfortable Little Tokyo in downtown Juneau: Sushi Koch makes his own ikura (hardened salmon he got himself. California Roll (Handrolle, actually with REAL crab. Super fresh Japanese cuisine served with friendly attention. Will come back to try cooked items (stamps, etc. and look forward to repetitions from above. View all feedback.

The steamed Potstickers were pretty tasty and so was the basic california roll that I ordered. And it only took about 10 minutes.

Little Tokyo always has good food, plus the tea and soup is always hot.
