What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The lady at the drive through window was very rude! She interrupted me during my order didn 't listen to anything I said and cut me off when ordering.. finally I was paying and her customer service was horrible you get the cheeseburger and stuff? .. I have never experienced anything like this before. View all feedback.
Kid-friendliness: McDonald's is always great for kids. Parking: There was plenty of parking available, and everyone in our group found a spot without any issues.
Above average, but... the McDonald's in Ketchikan outshines it in every aspect.
It's a standard McDonald's, but it has an excellent location. However, the customer service could be improved. As for parking, the jalapeño quarter pounder was really tasty! It could benefit from a different type of cheese, but overall, it was quite good.
I used the drive thru, repeated my order 3 times . Yet still missing 2 burritos and my egg Mcmuffin
Unfortunately the only true fast food joint here, is very inconsistent in the quality of their food. Cold and stale fries shouldn't happen during prime time hours. Long wait times and wrong orders happen frequently.
