Cuttingboard Smokehouse - Juneau

My party of seven had a fantastic dinner at Cutting Board Smokehouse. We enjoyed a variety of meats, including smoked chicken, ribs, brisket, pork loin, and pastrami. Everything was delicious and full of flavor. The chicken was particularly moist and juicy, a definite favorite among the group. Overall, we give our meal two thumbs up and can't wait to order from here again!

The restaurant was very impressive! I ordered the smoked brisket and it was top quality. The smoky flavor was excellent and the meat was cooked perfectly. We had a fantastic assortment of smoked meats on a cutting board for dinner. There were seven of us, and we all agreed that everything was absolutely delicious! The smoked chicken was incredibly moist and juicy, a favorite for all of us. The ribs, brisket, pork, and pastrami were bursting with flavor and so tender as well! We give everything a two thumbs up! I recently tried the bratwurst at this restaurant and oh my goodness, it was perfectly seasoned and juicy. I will definitely be ordering a few to take to my Thanksgiving dinner!
