What Mica Phillips likes about Breakwater:
Authentic dive-bar atmosphere, and a surprise full Korean menu! The dumplings and especially the ramen are exceptional. Highly recommend, after spending a month in Juneau trying nearly every restaurant downtown, this was one of the best surprises. View all feedback.
