Polite and accommodating staff, vintage old-timey vibe, and the chicken fried steak was amazing (even the breading was drool-worthy). Hamburger steak was also incredibly good. And I do not like gravy, but I ate every bit of this gravy that they served here. It was that good. Their yeast rolls are fluffy and taste homemade, like they just came out of the oven. Not disappointed at all!!! Every thing was great!! Worth the stop for sure.

The fries, goodness gracious, looked and tasted like ACTUAL fries and NOT something out of a bag. The fries alone stole my heart/stomach/tastebuds.
This restaurant was a unique experience. While on the road for a long time, I stopped for lunch. I wasn't expecting much, but this restaurant was very charming. The service and food were great. They even had a little gift shop with candies and homemade jewelry.
My goodness this place might have the best Lunch combo I’ve ever seen. The salad bar is phenomenal. The food was made with love. You feel like you’re home here.
Stopped here on a road trip coming back from San Antonio, good food and most of the meals come with your choice of salad bar or soup. Big portions and very tasty.
